GOOGLE REVIEW CARDS & DISPLAYS

Make it easy for happy customers to leave a Google review.

NFC Google review cards and countertop displays for local businesses.

A customer taps their phone on the product, or scans its QR code where one is printed, and your business’s Google review page opens. They choose an honest star rating and write the review in their own words.

HOW IT WORKS

No searching.
Just tap or scan.

Each product is linked to your business’s Google review page, so customers don’t have to look you up.

  1. 01

    Tap or scan.

The customer holds a compatible NFC phone near the product, or scans the printed QR code on products that have one.

  2. 02

    Your review link opens.

Their phone opens your business’s Google review page. An internet connection is needed, and they may need to sign in to Google.

  3. 03

    They write their own review.

The customer chooses an honest rating and writes their own review. Nothing is posted automatically. They decide what to share.

PRODUCTS

Two ways to invite
a review.

Both open your Google review link. The main difference is how customers can open it.

Square blue and white review display reading “We would appreciate your Google review!” with a contactless tap symbol and “Tap to rate your experience”.

The Blue & White Review Display

TAP WITH NFC

A square, freestanding display for a checkout or reception counter. Customers tap a compatible NFC phone on the display to open your review link.

The Black Review Card

TAP WITH NFC OR SCAN QR

A black standing card for bars, tables and counters. Customers can tap with an NFC phone or scan the printed QR code, which helps when a phone doesn’t support NFC.

ABOUT TAP & CONNECT

A shorter path from a good visit to an honest review.

Tap & Connect supplies NFC Google review cards and countertop displays to local businesses. The idea is simple: when a customer is happy to share their experience, finding your review page shouldn’t be the hard part.

The products don’t write, filter or post reviews. They open your review link, and the customer decides whether to leave a review, what rating to give and what to say.

Tap & Connect is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Read Google’s guidance on customer reviews (opens in a new tab) ↗.

QUESTIONS

Good questions
to ask first.

Does tapping automatically post a review?

No. Tapping or scanning only opens your review page. The customer signs in to Google if needed, chooses a rating, writes their own review and submits it.

Will it work with every phone?

NFC support, and where on the phone to tap, varies by device. Some phones need NFC switched on. The Black Review Card also has a printed QR code that customers can scan with their camera. An internet connection is needed to open Google.

Can this guarantee more reviews or customers?

No. The products make your review link easier to reach, but customers choose whether to leave a review.

How should my team ask for reviews?

Invite customers to share an honest review of their experience. Don’t offer incentives, and don’t only ask customers you expect to leave a positive rating.
